Equal work , Equal pay

This year, the government announced a policy to encourage the revision of wages of part-time workers based on the principle of “Equal work, Equal pay’’.

In order to comply with this policy change, our company’s system will have a function to compare the employees’ salaries and adjust them to the same level.

Since the current payroll is difficult to adjust because we still don’t have the necessary function that will allow us to do so, we have decided to gather specialists and hold an emergency meeting for this change.
