Exploring Solutions for Enhancing Employee Engagement and Loyalty in the Remote Work

Today I had participated in a meeting about corporate management.
Today’s topic was about employee recession.

Since the pandemic, remote workstyle has become more common.
However, alongside the remote workstyle, employee’s loyalty for company had apparently decreased.

The opportunities to communicate and interact with colleagues decreased compared with how it was before the pandemic and some employee’s engagements were decreased.

We had discussed improvement methods in order to increase employees’ engagements.
It is because the strength of engagement greatly influences employee retention and job performance.

After the discussion, we had listed up some ideas.
For example, creating opportunities to get together and do common hobbies.

Non official activities would enhance communication among employees to make it easier to collaborate and work together in the office.
