Top Priority: Clear and Complete Instructions

Project Management

Our team started the system development testing phase with our overseas partner companies last week.

Last week, we held our first progress meeting in order to check the status of our partner’s work.

When we checked the hard copies of the test result records at that meeting, I found out that our partner’s did not clearly understand the basic operating procedures.

I asked one of our project managers if we provided any manuals containing basic operation instructions for them.

He answered, “Not yet”.

I instructed him to provide the manuals immediately.

Clear and complete instructions should always be the top priority.
