Physical Seminars More Effective but Require More Preparation

For the past 20 years, our department has held seminars for customers annually.

Since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, these seminars have transitioned from face-to-face to online.

We decided to go back to a face-to-face format this year, but the preparations involved including setting up the venue which is our company’s meeting hall, assigning employees in the sales or engineering department to guide and assist the participants to the venue, and preparing the waiting rooms can be time-consuming and requires a lot of effort.

Therefore, I think face-to-face seminars are more effective than online seminars, but they require more preparation.
