Annually, we hold a meeting to exchange opinions with partner companies that have adopted our products and introduced them to their customers.
This is a yearly meeting that has been going on for over 20 years.
In recent years, it has been held online due to the Corona pandemic, but this year it was held in-person for the first time in four years.
For two days, there were approximately 300 people who gathered at the venue and shared their thoughts and perspectives on product improvements and customer needs.
Compared to the online meetings, the discussions this year were more productive and more ideas were shared.
When we surveyed participants, we found that participant satisfaction and effectiveness were higher when meetings or conferences are done in-person than online.
