Last week, the three departments in our company held a joint meeting.
It was held by three of our company executives with the aim of improving employee engagement.
About 1,000 attendees in total participated in the conference, which was available both online and in-person.
The attendees were given the chance to ask questions and they were all answered by our respective executives.
Various questions were asked during the conference.
Some of them were about how the executives learned about business and management,how and what they studied, what they did when they were young, what were the things they have left undone and so on.
The meeting was lively and had a relaxed and interactive atmosphere.
Many people were sharing their thoughts and opinions and there was a lot of laughter too.
Overall, it was a fruitful event.
I can say that, depending on the planning and content, meetings both online and in person can definitely increase engagement.
